Bilbolaget in Lycksele is now seeking a dedicated team member for our customer center! We are looking for someone with the ability to always provide customers with exceptional service. A team player with forward-thinking mentality and a focus on strong customer relationships. You will be part of a team that receives our customers via phone/email and schedules appointments for service and repairs across all of Bilbolaget's facilities. Your responsibilities will also include administrative work related to our service subscriptions. As a customer center employee, you are a key person in the relationship between the workshop and the customer, where service and customer care are of great importance. To be qualified for this customer center position, you need to have basic knowledge about cars and computer skills. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and be able to speak helpful English. Terms This is a permanent position with start date by agreement. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
