About the Role
We're in a positive growth phase with many exciting deals underway, and we're expanding the team with another dedicated Bid Manager – a key role in Axentia's business development.
As Bid Manager, you have a central role in driving and coordinating tender processes related to public procurement – in other words, our way of doing business. You work closely with sales, suppliers, and technical development, functioning as qualified business support throughout the process – from analysis to completed, quality-assured tender. The role is placed within business support and reports to the Head of Business Support.
Work takes place in an international, tech-driven context where you're responsible for structure, quality, and coordination in tender work. It's a team effort where you play a leading role throughout the tender process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate tender processes from analysis to submission
Ensure tenders comply with LOU and other relevant regulations for the countries in question
Develop and quality-assure requirement matrices, risk assessments, and documentation
Coordinate internal resources and chair Go/No Go meetings and strategy meetings
Develop processes and working methods with focus on standardization and AI
Conduct post-analyses of won and lost tenders

Qualifications
We're looking for someone with post-secondary education in technology, law, economics, or another area relevant to the role, or equivalent work experience. You have experience working with tenders, preferably related to tech or IT products and services. It's highly valuable if you've worked with public procurement. You're also accustomed to leading and coordinating processes in a deadline-oriented environment and thrive managing multiple parallel tasks.
Based on your experience, you have good ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and contract terms, plus solid knowledge of LOU and other relevant regulations. You further understand pricing strategies and the business and economic aspects of tender submission. Since we're an international player, it's important that you express yourself very well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English – and if you speak a third language, that's just a bonus.
To succeed in the role, you're structured and analytical with strong problem-solving abilities. You're driven and goal-oriented, have a good eye for detail, and enjoy working closely with different functions in the organization. At the same time, you're flexible, adaptable, and attracted to working in a company that grows and develops.
