We at Mpya Finance have been entrusted by Personalkollen to recruit a BI specialist to their excellent team in Linköping. This is a role for you who enjoy the combination of people, business thinking and data management. You feel equally comfortable in dialogue with customers as in work with structuring information, building reports and identifying patterns that lead to better decisions.
At Personalkollen, they develop smart digital solutions that make everyday life easier for personnel-intensive operations. Their platform helps companies in hotels, restaurants and retail, among others, to better manage schedules, timesheets and payroll in a workflow that works together. Through their new analytics service Analytics+, they give their customers even better conditions to understand their operations and make the right decisions.
Main responsibilities
As a BI specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that customers get maximum value from Analytics+ by helping them understand their data, identify improvement opportunities and create relevant reports and analyses. You will become an important part of the Customer Success team and a key person for their customers as well as internally.
Build and customize reports based on customer needs
Help customers understand their key metrics and make better business decisions
Identify efficiency improvements and cost savings opportunities through data analysis
Be the customer's voice internally and contribute to the development of Analytics+
Lead onboarding and training for new customers
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in economics, systems science or equivalent, as well as several years of experience in a similar role, such as controller, BI consultant or analyst. You have a good understanding of how data can be used to create business value and enjoy making complex information understandable and useful. You have very good Excel skills, experience with BI tools and are used to working with large datasets. Knowledge of SQL is a merit, as is experience from the restaurant, retail or hospitality industry. You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
As a person, you are business-driven, analytical and structured with a strong focus on quality and results. You take initiative, drive work forward and work proactively to find effective solutions. You find it easy to see connections in complex data and convert it into valuable insights and improvement suggestions. You are also communicative and relationship-building, with the ability to explain and visualize figures in a clear and educational way to different parts of the organization.
