About the Position We are now recruiting a concrete worker for a modern production facility where our client is a leading player manufacturing complete structural solutions for building projects throughout Sweden. You will become part of a family-like work team where you together are responsible for the entire manufacturing process from blueprints to finished concrete elements. This is a long-term position and is a recruitment hire through Montico where the right person will be offered direct employment with the client after a period of temporary work. The position is full-time and is scheduled during daytime hours. Job Description In your role as a concrete worker, you work indoors in our client's production hall. The work begins with cutting and processing various materials, primarily insulation and reinforcement. Then you build forms from wood or steel where reinforcement and other details are assembled into the segments. As the final step, you prepare for casting and ensure that everything is correct and participate in the actual casting of the concrete elements. Since this is done based on blueprints, precision and technical understanding are required, as well as a strong safety mindset as quality and a safe working environment are always in focus. You work closely with your colleagues in a team where collaboration and flexibility are a natural part of daily work to solve tasks efficiently. We Are Looking For Someone Who •Has experience in concrete work, carpentry, or other skilled trades •Is physically resilient and enjoys practical work •Has good technical understanding and interest in construction production •Is independent but also a team player •Speaks and writes Swedish fluently Meritorious: •Forklift/Reach truck certification •Experience in the construction/concrete industry •Experience with welding methods MMA/MIG We believe you have several years of experience in the industry and that you enjoy and are passionate about your work!
