5 concrete workers needed for construction project in Bergen, Norway Wildcard Untap is now seeking five experienced and reliable concrete workers for an established concrete and construction contractor in Bergen. The work takes place on varying construction projects and suits you if you have broad experience in concrete work and are accustomed to working safely, structurally and efficiently – both independently and together with other professional groups. Work tasks Formwork installation and work with various forming systems Reinforcement and installation of reinforcement Pouring of walls, floors, foundations and other concrete structures Preparations for pouring Vibrating and compressing concrete Leveling and surface finishing Removing forms after pouring Checking levels, dimensions and heights Reading construction, formwork and reinforcement drawings Finishing work and simple concrete repairs Collaboration with work management and other professional groups Following applicable health, safety and security procedures We are looking for you who have documented experience as a concrete worker have a journeyman certificate, professional certification or equivalent education in concrete – alternatively long and documented professional experience have experience with formwork, reinforcement and pouring can read and work according to relevant drawings can work independently and in a team work safely, efficiently and carefully are reliable and take responsibility maintain a good work pace can provide good references Experience from Norway or Sweden is advantageous. Knowledge of Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is a major plus. Candidates who can communicate well in English and have strong, documented professional competence are also welcome to apply. Class B driver's license, Norwegian health and safety card and relevant safety certifications are advantageous. If you have experience as BAS, foreman or working foreman, we would like you to mention this in your application. Salary Approximately 280–300 NOK gross per hour, depending on documented experience, competence and qualifications.
