About the Position
As a concrete worker, you will work with varied tasks within concrete and manufacturing. The work may include casting, reinforcement, formwork construction, stripping, and finishing work as well as quality inspections. You work based on drawings, work instructions, and established quality requirements to ensure that the work meets high standards.
You collaborate closely with colleagues and other functions to create an efficient production flow. The work is practical and can be physically demanding. Working hours are daytime shifts.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in concrete work or a strong interest in construction and practical work. You are thorough, responsible, and accustomed to following drawings, instructions, and safety regulations. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is important for success in this role.
As a person, you are hardworking, flexible, and solution-oriented. You have practical skills and thrive in a work environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are in focus.
Formal Qualifications
Experience with concrete work, construction work, or work in the manufacturing industry.
Ability to read and understand drawings and work instructions.
Class B driver's license.
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
Ability to follow safety regulations and work instructions.
Desirable Qualifications
Education in construction and civil engineering or concrete work.
Experience with reinforcement, casting, formwork construction, or concrete elements.
Experience with drawing interpretation and quality inspections.
Forklift certification or overhead crane certification.
Experience from the construction industry or manufacturing industry.
