Concrete Worker for Prefab Manufacturing Sought for Long-Term Assignment

About the Position Our client continues to grow and is therefore seeking several experienced concrete workers for their prefab production. The assignment is long-term with excellent opportunities for permanent employment with the client. About the Position: With our client, you will work with the manufacturing of prefabricated concrete elements for the construction industry. Production includes walls, sandwich walls, balconies, floor slabs, and other advanced concrete structures where multiple processes work together to create a finished product. The work includes tasks such as forming, reinforcing, casting, embedding components, as well as finishing and quality control. Products vary in complexity and may include solutions for installations, fasteners, and finished surfaces. Work is performed according to drawings and requires precision, understanding of the manufacturing process, and a practical approach. You will become part of a modern production environment where collaboration, quality, and professional skill are important parts of everyday work. Your Profile: We are looking for someone with previous experience in prefab concrete manufacturing and who is accustomed to a production environment. You understand how manufacturing works from preparation to finished product and feel comfortable working from drawings. As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues. Requirements: • Experience working in prefab concrete manufacturing • Experience with blueprint reading • Good understanding of concrete processes and production flow • Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written • Category B driver's license and access to a vehicle Meritorious: • Experience with reinforcing and casting • Overhead crane certification • Experience with finishing concrete elements • Concrete training (K1–K3) Working Hours: Daytime Start Date: After summer break, tentatively weeks 32–34 The assignment is initially through employment with Ikett with excellent opportunities for transition to the client.
