In South and West Sweden, we have worked on hundreds of projects ranging from foundation slabs, floor systems, and walls, to bridges, tunnels, concrete structures, hydroelectric power plants, infrastructure, multifamily residential buildings, and much more.
We are proud of our operations and the projects we have participated in. With our broad experience and loyal, stable clients, we find projects that suit you and your background. Our clients are construction companies, and we do not work directly with private individuals.
Experience
We are looking for someone with experience in the construction industry who enjoys practical and varied work. You have good knowledge of construction and preferably experience with concrete work, reinforcement, and formwork. A concrete worker certification is desirable, but we also value those who have acquired equivalent competence through work experience.
As a person, you are responsible, thorough, and accustomed to working independently. You have a solution-oriented approach and contribute to a positive work environment through professional interactions with both clients and colleagues.

Salary and Employment Terms
You will be employed under the collective agreement Byggavtalet (the Construction Agreement), which includes:
- Salary: Hourly wage or performance-based pay depending on the project
- Insurance coverage
- Reduced working hours
- Wellness allowance
You will initially be employed for six months. If everything works well and we enjoy working together, your employment will transition to a permanent position. Many of our employees have worked with us for over ten years.
