Job Description Are you practical-minded and interested in working with concrete on varied projects? We're looking for engaged team members for concrete work in both new construction and renovations. Job Responsibilities In this role, you'll work together with a team to carry out concrete-related tasks from preparation to finishing. Your responsibilities may include: Reinforcement, formwork and concrete pouring (introductions and guidance provided as needed) Measuring, leveling and site preparation work Finishing work such as grinding, surface treatment and minor repairs Daily inspection and basic maintenance of tools and equipment Collaboration with colleagues to maintain efficient and safe workflows Following and contributing to the company's workplace health and safety procedures Requirements and Qualifications Interest in construction and concrete work with practical aptitude Previous experience with concrete work or the construction industry Knowledge of blueprint reading, reinforcement or pouring techniques Good Swedish or English language skills Personal Qualities To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you are: Thorough and quality-conscious Responsible and safety-aware Flexible and adaptable to varying tasks A good team player who can also work independently Motivated to develop and acquire new knowledge Working Conditions Full-time, start by agreement Work location: Malmö Collective agreement, occupational pension and insurance How to Apply Submit your application with CV.
