What you'll be doing
Interpret and follow drawings and work instructions
Prepare forms and reinforcement
Mix, place, and vibrate concrete
Finish surfaces and apply leveling compounds
Perform quality checks and document work
Work safely and follow occupational health and safety regulations
Collaborate with work teams, machine operators, and project managers
Contribute to problem-solving and improvement suggestions
What you bring
Vocational training in construction or equivalent experience in concrete work
Experience with pouring, reinforcing, and finishing, plus the ability to read drawings
Knowledge of and ability to follow Swedish safety regulations (e.g., construction site safety card)
Good physical fitness and endurance
