The role with us We work with various types of construction projects in the VroPreem industrial facility in Lysekil. Here we perform maintenance work as well as projects on both larger and smaller scales, and to some extent new production. The position involves concrete work tasks; forming, reinforcing, casting, where you perform larger and smaller concrete works and concrete repairs. The position is full-time with a start in autumn 2026. Your profile We are looking for you who have several years of experience in your trade. It is a plus if you have experience from the industrial sector, but it is not required. Simply put, we are looking for someone who is skilled in your trade and who is thorough and takes responsibility. You should also have good judgment and a safety mindset since you will be working in a high-risk operation. With us, you will work both independently and in a group, and we would like to see that you are a positive and solution-oriented person who contributes to a good team atmosphere. Since the work takes place at a fixed facility, we are primarily seeking personnel who live in the local area or have a reasonable commute distance. Requirements for the position: At least three years of experience as a Concrete Worker Possess a Class B driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish, able to make yourself understood and understand others Merits: Trade certificate as a Concrete Worker Previous experience from the industrial sector Recruitment process The final application deadline for the position is August 16.
