The role with us We work on various construction projects at the industrial sites in Stenungsund. Here we carry out maintenance work as well as projects on both larger and smaller scales, and to some extent new production. The position involves work tasks in concrete: forming, reinforcement, pouring, and to some extent also excavation and construction tasks. The position is full-time with a start in autumn 2026. Your profile We are looking for someone with several years of experience in your trade. It is advantageous if you have experience from the industrial sector, but it is not required. We are simply looking for someone who is skilled in their trade and who is thorough and takes responsibility. You should also have good judgment and a safety mindset since you will be working in a high-risk operation. With us, you will work both independently and in groups, and we would like to see that you are a positive and solution-oriented person who contributes to good team morale. Since the work takes place at a fixed operating location, we are primarily seeking personnel who live in the local area or have a reasonable commuting distance. Requirements for the position: Minimum three years of experience as a Concrete Worker Valid B-class driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish, able to make yourself understood and understand others Meritorious: Trades certificate as a Concrete Worker Previous experience from the industrial sector Recruitment process The application deadline for this position is August 16.
