Visiting Interviewer at Verian
We are recruiting staff immediately and hiring on an ongoing basis. Therefore, positions may be filled before the application deadline. The work will be conducted in September, October, and November, with the possibility of extension in spring 2027 and beyond.
We are looking for someone who is curious, enjoys meeting new people, and wants flexible extra work. Your assignment is to interview participants in their home environment. In certain municipalities, interviews may take place in your local area, across the entire municipality, and in adjacent areas.

What the job requires of you
· The work demands the highest standards of confidential handling of information and discretion.
· A high degree of integrity. You visit people in their home environment and gain insight into their opinions.
· You maintain good organization and order of your work materials.
· You are comfortable meeting new people.
· You work independently and in a structured manner.
· You take responsibility and achieve agreed-upon goals within the set timeframe.
· You are comfortable with digital screens (tablets) and communicating via email.
· You speak and read Swedish fluently.
· You have a driver's license and access to a car.
As a visiting interviewer, you conduct interviews with selected individuals. You visit them at home or at a café, library, or similar location. You work from a prepared list of names of selected individuals whom you contact and schedule for an interview. The interview is carefully designed, and the questions are asked in exactly the same way by all visiting interviewers and in all countries. Answer options are fixed, and questions may have both national and international themes. You manage questions and answers using a tablet.
