Your assignment involves making decisions in individual client matters based on delegation, ensuring quality control of decisions in dialogue with colleagues in relation to laws, regulations, and handbooks, as well as ensuring quality in language and other formalities. Your work includes documenting the probation service's decision meetings and supporting colleagues in preparing decisions and decision documentation, as well as providing guidance in client matters. You will also participate in the probation service's collegium and actively participate in legal practice forums. Your role also involves identifying needs and proposing structures—in dialogue with your supervisor and other colleagues—for how work can be conducted most effectively, and being instrumental in implementing these improvements. Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience from the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, strong knowledge of administrative law, experience working with legal decisions and handling of government matters. You should also have experience in mentoring or coaching assignments. To succeed in this role, you need to be organized and express yourself well orally and in writing. You must be able to plan and prioritize your work, drive your processes forward, and feel confident in making decisions. Furthermore, you need to work well with others, listen and communicate clearly, and ensure that messages are received and expectations are clear for all involved parties. You also need to have a coaching approach and well-developed pedagogical skills.
