Where life happens, traces are left behind, and some of them need to be cleared out before the next tenant moves in. That's why we need to conduct an inspection every time someone changes housing and ensure that the next tenant receives a home in good condition. ABOUT YOUR TASKS As an Inspection Officer, you will be part of the property management and administration department, which is responsible for managing the entire group's properties. You and two colleagues are responsible for conducting move-out inspections in a professional manner. In dialogue with the tenant, you ensure that the apartment is left in the expected condition. In addition to move-out inspections, there may be inspection assignments in both commercial spaces and other types of inspections related to our properties. ABOUT YOU We place great emphasis on personal suitability. For us, this means that you have a professional, customer-oriented, and solution-focused approach. You are an unpretentious, stress-resilient, and responsible person with strong personal maturity, who inspires confidence in colleagues, tenants, and business partners alike. You have a high school diploma, preferably with a focus on building technology. We would like to see experience from the real estate or construction industry. It is advantageous if you have previously worked as an inspection officer, have training in rental law, and experience with project management. The position requires good administrative skills, strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English, and very good computer proficiency.
