Pressure Equipment Inspector for Stockholm!

We at Kiwa are now seeking an engaged and technically knowledgeable pressure equipment inspector to join our team in Stockholm. You will play an important role in ensuring the safety of pressurized installations within the power and process industry—work of great significance for both our customers and society. About the role: As a pressure equipment inspector with us, you will have an independent and varied job where you: Conduct technical inspections of pressurized equipment such as boilers, piping, and process vessels to ensure they meet applicable safety requirements Work with major installations within the power and process industry Take on expanded responsibility for these customers, which means you plan and coordinate inspections in close dialogue with both customers and different parts of Kiwa's organization Contribute expertise in risk assessments, ongoing surveillance programs, and other technical evaluations Plan and report your work independently—with great freedom and personal responsibility You work from home and have the opportunity to manage your own work days. You are comfortable working independently, but also appreciate collaboration and being part of a team. You are thorough, structured, and confident in making your own decisions. We would like to see that you have: Technical secondary education or a degree as an engineer/marine engineer Welding and materials knowledge—understanding of welding methods and material properties Project management and customer coordination—experience planning and coordinating inspections with major customers and internal teams Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Driver's license category B It is highly meritorious if you have worked with accredited inspection. It is also meritorious if you have worked as an operations and/or maintenance engineer, IWS, IWT, aircraft technician, marine engineer, or refrigeration technician.
