Become part of us and drive change for future generations. Your role The Renström mine is entering an exciting development phase with a focus on large-scale extraction. We are now looking for two miners who want to contribute to the future of sustainable mining. As a miner at Renström, you will be part of a dedicated shift team working underground with modern equipment. Together, we extract ore and rock, and you will be part of a team where the focus is mainly on sublevel stoping and rill mining. Your team You will be part of a shift team and work in close collaboration with colleagues in production, rock transport, mine construction, electrical, and mechanical services – both internally and externally. Together, we always prioritize safety and work actively for a sustainable and secure work environment. We operate on a 7–7 shift schedule, Tuesday to Monday on odd weeks, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts. Your tasks Perform work tasks related to large-scale underground extraction Work with long-hole drilling, long-hole charging, remote loading, bolt setting, raise drilling, and excavator and wheel loader operation. Contribute to the development of safe and efficient work methods together with colleagues Ensure that work is performed in accordance with applicable quality requirements, procedures, and safety regulations During certain periods, you will also work with standard drift driving and its tasks within the salvage cycle Your contribution Upper secondary education Miner training or mining experience Several years of experience in large-scale mining Good knowledge of Swedish and English Category B driver's license A high safety mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team A curious and development-oriented approach to work Why work with us At Boliden, we believe in promoting a workplace where care, courage, and responsibility are central to everything we do.
