About the position As an on-call nurse in Alvita Care's home health services, you work independently with assessment, planning, and follow-up of patients at home. You are responsible for standard nursing duties, such as: Assessment of patient condition and acute interventions Medication management and delegations Collaboration with family members, colleagues, and other care providers Documentation in our digital health record systems Work takes place during on-call or standby hours, where you work from home with a car and respond to emergency calls or scheduled home visits as needed. You have support from colleagues and coordinators by phone throughout your shift.
