About the Position The position is located in our Security and Operations Department and involves overall responsibility for planning, leading, developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating Teracom's emergency preparedness and exercise activities, working together with colleagues. You will work both strategically and operatively to coordinate, develop, and support the company in its emergency preparedness and exercise operations. The role of Emergency Preparedness and Exercise Coordinator is varied, challenging, and offers excellent opportunities for personal development. You may also be assigned a wartime position in this role. Duties and Responsibilities Together with colleagues, lead, drive, and develop Teracom's exercise operations as well as lead and conduct exercises. Collaboratively drive and take responsibility for emergency preparedness planning work within the organization. Collaborate with relevant partners in the total defense sectors. Work broadly with security and security protection matters, including implementation, collaboration, and integration. Follow up and drive improvement work within the area. Qualifications · We are looking for someone with a security-oriented higher education/university degree or equivalent relevant advanced training in the field, such as political science orientation or officer training. · You have documented several years of professional experience within the field. · It is meritorious if you have experience with strategic work within state-owned companies, authorities, or relevant equivalent experience from the private sector. · You have excellent knowledge of security protection work, crisis preparedness, and relevant applicable legislation. · It is also meritorious if you have previously coordinated and conducted exercise operations within the field or equivalent. Other Requirements · Employment requires a passed drug and alcohol test, background check, and passed security clearance with registry check, as the position is in a security classification.
