Do you thrive in a role where you can combine technology, collaboration, and problem-solving? Now we are looking for a Production Planner/Scheduler for our operations in Arbrå. With us, you will become a key person in the delivery process and a natural link between design, project management, procurement, production, and after-sales. You ensure that the right conditions are in place for efficient production and contribute to our customers receiving their deliveries on time and with high quality. The role is both varied and developmental. One day you work with production planning and preparation, the next day you participate in improvement work or solve challenges together with colleagues from different parts of the organization. WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Production Planner/Scheduler, you are the hub of our delivery process. You are responsible for creating the right conditions for efficient production through careful planning, scheduling, and coordination. You will, among other things: • Prepare products in the Monitor ERP system. • Plan production and capacity allocation. • Assess and follow up on delivery times. • Update and monitor production estimates. • Participate in order reviews and planning meetings. • Work with procurement related to production. • Contribute to improvement and efficiency work. You work closely with design, project management, procurement, production, and after-sales and play an important role in ensuring an efficient flow from order to delivery. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and has a genuine interest in technology, production, and planning. You like creating order, have many contact points, and are motivated by finding smart solutions. We believe that you have: • Technical or economic education or equivalent experience. • Experience in production planning, scheduling, or production. • Good understanding of machine technology. • Experience from manufacturing industry. • Experience with business systems, preferably Monitor ERP. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English. As a person, you are business-minded, responsible, and unpretentious. You work in a structured manner even when the pace is high and enjoy collaborating with people from different parts of the organization.
