Planner at Nammo in Karlsborg

We are now looking for a planner to join our team within order and logistics in Karlsborg. With us, you will be an important link between order and logistics, development, production, and contracts. You will be part of a close-knit team where we help each other, work cross-functionally, and together drive improvements. Here you will get a varied role with the opportunity to influence and develop both work methods and processes. Your Day-to-Day As a planner, you are responsible for preparing production documentation, calculating production costs, and ensuring that the right information is available for production. You work in Microsoft Dynamics 365, where you, among other things, set up new items, revise existing ones, and create operations, BOMs, and product structures. You have many contact points within the organization and collaborate with, among others, planning, contracts, procurement, process support, warehouse, production, and development. You will also: Take responsibility for production planning and provide production with order documentation Maintain item, operations, and structure registers in D365 Calculate standard costs and manufacturing costs Participate in inquiry and order reviews Request information from various departments to prepare planning documentation Establish and maintain routines and processes within planning Participate in projects and improvement initiatives The role is administrative and analytical, but at the same time close to production. You will have the opportunity to be involved in developing how we approach planning and contribute to efficient and quality-assured processes. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience in planning within manufacturing operations and who thrives in a role where structure, accuracy, and collaboration are important. You are comfortable managing multiple tasks in parallel, take personal responsibility, and drive your work forward. You have post-secondary education in engineering, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent, or relevant work experience deemed equivalent. You have good system experience and experience working in business systems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a merit. To succeed in the role, you have an understanding of production resources, work pace, and production processes. You have good analytical skills and are communicative with ease in collaborating with different functions and people in the organization. As a person, you are flexible, engaged, and solution-oriented. You speak Swedish and English well, both orally and in writing. Want to Know More?
