Job Information As a planner, you work to develop technical solutions for new construction, reinvestment, and maintenance of power distribution networks. The role involves broad responsibility where technology, economics, documentation, and coordination come together in your daily work. You will have many contact points and collaborate with landowners, customers, authorities, contractors, and internal project organizations. The work involves both office work and site visits to create the right conditions for upcoming projects. You will be employed through Sodajo Consulting and work as a consultant for our client. You work to develop technical solutions for power distribution networks and ensure that projects have the right conditions from both a technical and economic perspective. The work involves performing network calculations, preparing estimates and cost assessments, and taking responsibility for documentation and materials management. You will also have a central role in contact with landowners, authorities, customers, and contractors, where you coordinate different stakeholders and ensure that the project can be executed according to plan. Through ongoing follow-up and quality assurance, you contribute to maintaining high project quality while actively participating in developing the organization's work methods and processes. Required Competencies We are looking for you with an electrical engineering background who enjoys a role where you can combine technology, structure, and collaboration. Perhaps you currently work as a planner, designer, or distribution electrician and want to develop further within power distribution. You may also have experience from related roles in electrical power where you gained understanding of grid construction, design, or contracting. Must-have requirements: • Electrical engineering education or equivalent work experience • Experience in power distribution, electrical power, or contracting work • Good computer skills • Driver's license (Category B) • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious experience: • Overhead lines, underground cable networks, and substations • EBR • Design work • Contract management • Construction law • Estimating and bidding work Personal Qualities To succeed in this role, we see that you are someone who takes initiative and drives your work forward.
