Together with the HR Unit, Payroll Unit, and Systems Unit, the department works with strategic and operational HR matters, where workforce planning is high on the agenda. At the Temporary Employment Unit, 6 Staffing Schedulers and 4 Recruiters work to recruit and staff temporary hourly employees in care and health services, schools, adapted primary schools, preschools, facility cleaning, and meal services. Some employees will be on parental leave at the unit, and we are seeking a replacement for the full year who can cover both staffing and recruitment work. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a staffing scheduler, you will work with recruiting, administering, and placing temporary hourly employees in operations. We currently use the systems Self-Service and Time Care Pool. In your role, you will have many contact points and collaboration with operations and temporary employees. The role includes holding information meetings and training on the Time Care Pool staffing system. Your ability to be flexible and build relationships is therefore highly valued, as well as your ability to speak to larger groups and represent the Temporary Employment Unit. You will work on long-term improvement efforts for good personnel sourcing and placement based on staffing needs. You are also available to support our temporary employees with work-related questions. In your role, you are the face of the administration externally and work to promote the City of Mölndal's employer brand. Staffing work is becoming increasingly digitalized and system-based, which is why we want you to have an interest in and knowledge of working in various data systems. You will have an important function in driving and developing solutions for the entirety of the City of Mölndal. It is therefore important that you bring positive energy to the team and enjoy working in a changing development environment. Working hours for the position vary between 06:15-16:30. We offer flexible working hours that can be arranged in consultation with colleagues as operations are staffed every day. The role includes permissions administration and user support. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in human resources and payroll, or other administrative vocational training, and experience that the employer considers equivalent. We would like to see that you have experience in staffing planning and working in the Time Care Pool booking system. It is a great advantage if you have good system knowledge, preferably from Time Care Pool. Also beneficial are experience from service, staffing, and recruitment work, as well as being well familiar with municipal agreements. To thrive in the role of staffing scheduler, you should be service-oriented, communicative, flexible, action-oriented, and unpretentious. We expect you to be structured and independent as you will be responsible for your own assignments. As a person, you enjoy working according to the operations' goals and collaborating in teams. We want you to have good communication and documentation skills by expressing yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. Of course, you maintain a high service level, are trustworthy, and treat others with great respect, regardless of function. As there is periodically high pressure in the operations, it is important that you have the ability to prioritize and organize. We want you to be administratively skilled, thorough, and demonstrate very good data skills and the ability to analyze and see the bigger picture. We want you to have very good knowledge of the Office package, especially Word and Excel. You enjoy learning new things and work in a careful and structured manner, and you see it as a challenge to develop the operations' routines. We will place great importance on personal suitability.
