Staffing Coordinator Needed for Our National On-Call Service Outside Office Hours!

Do you want to become an important piece of the puzzle at one of the Nordic region's largest staffing and recruitment companies? We are now looking for an engaged staffing coordinator who wants to work evenings/nights/weekends on StudentConsulting's national on-call service with placement in Luleå! In your role as staffing coordinator, you will be responsible for handling orders and sick leave notifications outside office hours from our customers/consultants, as well as quickly assigning the right person to the customer. You will work with, among other things: - Receiving sick leave reports from consultants - Answering calls from customers regarding consultant bookings - Administrative tasks related to consultants/customers - Schedule management Working hours are Mon-Fri 5 PM-8 AM, Sat 9:30 AM-9:30 PM, and Sun 9:30 AM-10 PM/10 PM-9:30 AM. You must be able to work at least one shift per week. During this time, you will have an "on-call" duty from your home and be available when our customers or consultants need your help. Introduction will take place at our office in Luleå. We want you to think that's important when you choose us. To be a candidate for the position, you must be studying at a college or university and be able to work approximately 16 hours per week. We have a long-term need for the position and we would like to see that you have a few years left of your studies (at least 1.5 years remaining) and would also be open to a future in the staffing industry.
