Staffing Coordinator Needed for Our National On-Call Service Outside Office Hours!

Do you want to become an important piece of the puzzle at one of the Nordic region's largest staffing and recruitment companies? We are now seeking an engaged staffing coordinator who wants to work evenings/nights/weekends on StudentConsulting's national on-call service with placement in Borlänge. In your role as a staffing coordinator, you will be responsible for handling orders and sick leave reports outside office hours from our customers/consultants as well as quickly booking the right person for the customer. You will work with, among other things: - Receive sick leave notifications from consultants - Receive calls from customers regarding consultant bookings - Administration related to consultants/customers - Scheduling Work hours are Mon-Fri 5 PM-8 AM, Sat 9:30 AM-9:30 AM and Sun 9:30 AM-10 PM/10 PM-9:30 AM. You should have the ability to work at least one shift per week. During this time, you will be on "standby on-call" from your home and be available when our customers or consultants need your help. Introduction will take place at our office in Borlänge. To be eligible for the position, you should be studying at a college or university and have the ability to work approximately 16 hours per week. We have a long-term need for the position and would prefer that you have a few years left of your studies (at least 1.5 years remaining) and could also imagine a future in the staffing industry.
