Staffing Coordinator Needed for Our National On-Call Service!

Would you like to become an important piece of the puzzle at one of the Nordic region's largest staffing and recruitment companies? We are now looking for a dedicated staffing coordinator who wants to work afternoons/evenings/nights/weekends on StudentConsulting's national on-call service with placement in Jönköping! In your role as a staffing coordinator, you will be responsible for handling orders and sick leave reports outside office hours from our customers/consultants and quickly booking the right person for the customer. You will work with, among other things: - Receiving absence reports from consultants - Taking calls from customers regarding consultant bookings - Administration related to consultants/customers - Scheduling Work hours are Monday-Friday 17:00-08:00, Saturday 09:30-09:30, and Sunday 09:30-22:00, 22:00-08:00. You must be able to work at least one shift per week. During this time, you will be on "active on-call" from your home and be available when our customers or consultants need your help. Introduction will take place at our office in Jönköping. Start will be in August/September. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR To be a candidate for this position, you must be studying at a college or university or have another main activity of at least 50%. Furthermore, you must be able to work approximately 16 hours per week. We have a long-term need for this position and we would like to see that you have the opportunity to work extra for at least 1 year and could also see yourself with a future in the staffing industry. We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants a fun, challenging, and developmental part-time job. If you have some experience from similar work previously, this is considered a merit, but not a requirement. We also prefer that you are independent, thorough, and outgoing.
