About the role of Staffing and Schedule Planning Consultant
Your main responsibilities consist of guiding stores through their staffing planning process, from overarching and strategic levels to scheduling at the department and individual levels. The work is conducted largely on-site in the store and always in close dialogue with the store. The objective of your assignment is, through a consultative approach, to support the store in creating staffing with a good balance between business concept, customer offering, and cost-efficiency. You have personal responsibility for sales, delivery, and your own professional development. The role is followed up based on the impact created in the store, store satisfaction, and financial results.
You will be part of a regional team with broad expertise where you collaborate with colleagues in areas such as profitable sales, leading store operations, food and restaurant, and system support. Together, you contribute to developing ICA stores' business and profitability.
The job involves travel and overnight stays, and it is therefore important that you have both the willingness and ability to travel for work. Store Consultant & Operations Support is part of Store & Sales, which is responsible for all ICA Sweden profiles: Maxi, Kvantum, Supermarket, and Nära. The Store Consultant & Operations Support mission is to develop and deliver products and services to ICA stores and store-adjacent roles with a focus on customer needs and store profitability by combining expertise from experienced store employees with analytical capabilities and new technology. The business area consists of approximately 100 knowledgeable and committed employees and has an annual turnover of approximately 100 mkr.

Who are you?
You are educated in HR and personnel management and/or have equivalent knowledge through experience. It is an asset if you have worked with needs assessment and staffing planning as well as scheduling and its systems within grocery retail. You should have good knowledge of labor law, primarily working time regulations, collective agreements, systematic occupational health and safety work, and union cooperation. As a person, we want you to be self-driven, proactive, solution-oriented, attentive, and organized. In addition to these qualities, you also have good pedagogical ability and are confident in yourself.

Placement location: The primary placement location is the South region, but your primary working time is spent in our stores. Company car available.
Employment form: This is a permanent position. Probationary period applies.
