Do you want to take overall responsibility for finance and accounting in a small family-owned company while also helping develop future working methods in an organization with short decision-making processes? Then this could be the role for you. About the role The role consists of 75% finance and 25% quality. As finance manager, you have overall responsibility for the company's finance function. The role includes ongoing accounting, reporting, analysis, budgeting and strategic support to management. As quality manager, you have overall responsibility for the company's ISO certifications (9001 and 14001). The role includes monitoring targets and key performance indicators, handling matters and risks, and monitoring deviations. No prior knowledge is required. Formal requirements Education — Qualified accounting professional, controller or equivalent education. Experience — At least 5-10 years of experience in qualified accounting work, preferably as an accounting professional, controller or finance manager. Accounting competence — Good knowledge of K2/K3, balance sheets, annual reports and tax regulations. System experience — Experience with the business system Pyramid, Hogia accounting and pre-system is meritorious, as well as good Excel skills. Languages — Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Tasks and areas of responsibility Ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations and accruals. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. Budgeting and forecasting work and follow-up. Liquidity planning and monitoring. Responsibility for supplier and customer accounts. Tax returns, periodic compilation, VAT and payroll taxes. Payroll administration, reporting to Collectum and Fora. Reporting to CEO, board and external parties. Development of procedures, processes and internal controls. Monitoring targets and key performance indicators, handling matters and risks, and monitoring deviations in our quality and environmental management system. Competencies and skills Analytical ability — Can interpret figures, identify deviations and explain financial relationships. Meticulousness — High quality in reporting and documentation. Structured work style — Ability to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines. Business understanding — Sees finance from a holistic perspective and understands the company's drivers. Communication — Can explain finance to both accountants and non-accountants. System competence — Comfortable with digitalization, automation and efficiency improvements. Personal qualities Self-directed and confident in your competence. Responsible and solution-oriented. Unpretentious and willing to cooperate. Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment. High integrity and good judgment. Meritorious Experience in payroll administration. Experience developing a finance function. Experience reporting to a board or owner.
