Qualified Special Education Teacher - Swedish and English

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a teacher, you have a central role in developing instruction by using varied teaching methods. You are expected to integrate digital tools as a natural part of your teaching to create a modern and engaging learning environment. An important part of your work is to establish a safe and supportive learning environment in the classroom, where students feel secure and motivated to learn. You will also actively work to build strong professional relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues to promote a positive and collaborative atmosphere at the school. QUALIFICATIONS To work as a special education teacher, you must have teacher certification with authorization to teach grades 7-9 in Swedish and English, as well as extended qualification as a special education teacher. We are looking for someone who independently seeks out new challenges, makes things happen, and initiates activities and projects. We are looking for someone with the ability to organize and structure work efficiently. You are good at prioritizing tasks and coordinating resources to achieve short- and long-term goals. We are looking for someone who is good at creating and strengthening partnerships internally and externally, as well as building new relationships and nurturing existing ones. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and strives toward shared goals. It comes naturally to you to compromise and to share information and knowledge. We are looking for someone who is communicative and clear. You have the ability to listen actively to understand others' perspectives and to give and receive constructive feedback.
