We are now seeking committed treatment secretaries who want to work close to clients and be part of a professional team. Right now SiS Långanäs is in a period of major change, as we are opening a completely new open unit. This gives you a unique opportunity to shape the operation from the ground up, establish new routines, and build a secure culture together with your colleagues. As a treatment secretary, your starting point is that you are the central coordinator of the youth's treatment at the institution. You are responsible for ensuring that youth receive appropriate interventions in accordance with the social services mandate, you also create treatment plans and follow up on treatment interventions. The work takes place in collaboration with the referring municipality's social services and together with the institution's various specialist functions such as psychologists, nurses, and treatment educators. You are the one who coordinates the treatment work internally and ensures that the treatment progresses. The treatment work is based on the individual needs and conditions of the youth and is heavily grounded in motivational work. The goal is to create an existence that is understandable, manageable, and meaningful while protecting against risks of relapse into norm-breaking behavior. The work is varied, which requires flexibility and responsibility. It involves extensive work as a structure bearer—you are thorough and organized. Qualifications You must have: Relevant university education such as a degree in social work or other behavioral science education that SiS considers equivalent and that comprises at least 180 credits. Good Swedish in speech and writing. Class B driver's license Meritorious: Experience working in operations focused on care and treatment, such as social services or other relevant operations Experience working with youth Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
