Job Description Do you want to be part of creating vital change for vulnerable youth? Then the job as treatment coordinator at SiS is meaningful work! The starting point in our treatment work is to motivate people toward new and less destructive ways of living. You work in a team of dedicated colleagues and with your combined expertise, you have the opportunity to achieve good results. As a treatment coordinator, you will plan, implement, and follow up on program activities. You conduct treatment conversations and have special responsibility for documentation and the forms and instruments used in treatment. You collaborate with various functions regarding assessment, establishment, and follow-up of treatment plans. The role as treatment coordinator also includes special responsibility for mentoring new staff and interns. An important shared responsibility for all staff is to help create a safe environment and ensure that security at the institution is maintained according to procedures. Qualifications Your personal suitability is the key to vital change. Therefore, you need to have a good ability to create engagement and participation. Equally important is that you have a firmly grounded positive view of people, are empathetic, and can build good relationships. You have good communication skills and can remain calm even in pressured situations. You also have a good ability to collaborate with others and enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues. In your role as treatment coordinator, you will have independent responsibility for several interventions in the treatment plan and responsibility in the department that requires experience and the ability to coordinate that work. You need to be good at planning and structuring your work, be able to work independently, and take your own initiative. Since treatment work is documented and discussed with various stakeholders, high demands are placed on good Swedish in both speech and writing. You should also have: Relevant higher education, for example as a social worker, social pedagogue, or other care/behavioral science education, or alternatively post-secondary education such as treatment pedagogue, with substantial experience in program activities. Experience in conducting motivation and treatment work individually and/or in groups. Good Swedish in speech and writing.
