Job Description Do you want to help create vital change for vulnerable youth? Then the position of Treatment Coordinator at SiS is meaningful work! Our treatment approach is based on motivating people to adopt new and less destructive ways of living. You will work in a team of dedicated colleagues, and together your combined expertise will enable you to achieve good results. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will plan, implement, and follow up on program activities. You will conduct treatment sessions and have special responsibility for documentation and the forms and tools used in treatment. You will collaborate with various functions in assessment, development, and follow-up of treatment plans. The Treatment Coordinator role also includes special responsibility for mentoring new staff and interns. An important shared responsibility for all staff is to create a safe environment and ensure that institutional security is maintained according to procedures. Qualifications Your personal suitability is key to vital change. Therefore, you need a strong ability to create engagement and participation. Equally important is having a solid positive view of people, being empathetic, and building good relationships. You have strong communication skills and can remain calm in pressured situations. You also work well collaboratively with others and enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues. In your role as Treatment Coordinator, you will have individual responsibility for several treatment plan initiatives and departmental responsibilities that require experience and coordination skills. You must be good at planning and structuring your work, able to work independently, and take initiative. Since treatment work is documented and discussed with multiple stakeholders, there are high demands for strong Swedish in both speech and writing. You should also have: Relevant higher education, such as social worker, social pedagogue, or other care/behavioral science education, or alternatively post-secondary education such as treatment pedagogue, with solid experience in program work. Experience conducting motivation and treatment work individually and/or in groups. Strong Swedish in speech and writing. Class B driver's license At SiS, we value good collegial relationships.
