About Dalaidyllen Dalaidyllen currently operates HVB services and consultant-supported family foster care. Since our start, we have developed our operations with the goal of offering children and young people safe, professional, and cohesive care where relationships, structure, and quality are central. Now we are opening Dalaidyllen Vik HVB in Vikmanshyttan – a new HVB home for children and young people between 9 and 14 years old. We are therefore looking for a treatment coordinator who wants to be involved from the beginning and help shape the operation. At our facility, treatment educators, treatment coordinators, psychologists, nurses, and doctors work together. We believe in close collaboration between professions, short decision-making paths, and leadership that is present in everyday work. We believe that high quality is created through knowledge, collaboration, and genuine commitment to each child. About the Position As a treatment coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and developing daily treatment work. You hold together the treatment process for each child and ensure that work is conducted in a structured manner, follows the facility's methods, and is based on the child's individual needs. You work closely with the facility manager, operational leadership, psychologist, and treatment educators. The role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on work in the operation. One day you lead a treatment conference or follow up on an implementation plan; the next day you are out in the facility supporting a treatment educator in a concrete situation. You are responsible for creating continuity in treatment, supporting treatment educators in method and approach, and, together with the facility manager and leadership, ensuring that the operation is conducted in accordance with legislation, regulations, guidelines, and the facility's procedures. You also work closely with social services, guardians, schools, and other important collaborative partners. At our facility you will, among other things: coordinate and ensure quality of treatment work establish, follow up on, and revise implementation plans advise and support treatment educators in method, approach, and practical treatment work conduct treatment and motivation conversations plan and lead treatment conferences hold follow-up meetings with social services plan visits and provide feedback to guardians and networks establish monthly reports and final reports together with the psychologist and facility manager contribute to the facility's quality and development work. Qualifications We are looking for someone with: higher education of at least 180 ECTS credits, such as social work, behavioral science, or equivalent qualification experience with treatment work with children and young people good ability to express yourself in speech and writing B-class driver's license. Meritorious CBT Level 1 Motivational Interviewing (MI) Trauma-informed Care (TMO) Low-arousal approach HVB experience BBIC experience experience with quality and development work.
