As a Treatment Coordinator, you will plan, implement, and follow up on program activities. You will conduct treatment sessions and hold special responsibility for documentation and the forms and instruments used in treatment. You will collaborate with various functions regarding assessment, development, and monitoring of treatment plans. Your role as Treatment Coordinator also includes special responsibility for mentoring new employees and interns. You need to be good at planning and structuring your work, be able to work independently, and take own initiative. Since treatment work is documented and discussed with various stakeholders, there are high demands for excellent Swedish in both speech and writing. You must also have: Appropriate higher education, for example as a social worker, social pedagogue, or other care/behavioral science education, or alternatively post-secondary education such as treatment pedagogue, with substantial experience in program activities. Experience conducting motivation and treatment work individually and/or in groups. Excellent Swedish in speech and writing.
