About the Position We are now looking for committed treatment pedagogues to strengthen our team. The work involves great responsibility for the young people's daily support, safety, and development. As a treatment pedagogue with us, you are part of a team where you work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and external partners. Working hours are primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends. Your responsibilities include: - Providing support and guidance to young people in their daily lives. - Relationship-building work focused on safety and trust. - Working from a norm-critical and HBTQ+-inclusive approach. - Documentation and implementation of individual plans. - Collaboration with social services, schools, and other relevant parties. - Active participation in supervision and professional development. - Support with leisure activities and practical tasks. We are Looking for Someone Who Has: - At least two years of post-secondary education in social work, behavioral sciences, treatment pedagogy, or similar. - Experience working with young people in social care, residential group homes, or similar operations. - Strong knowledge of norm criticism, HBTQ+ issues, and the challenges that can arise around minority stress. - Ability to meet young people with safety, attentiveness, and a calm approach. - Driver's license category B – as travel is part of the position. - Good Swedish in speech and writing, as well as basic documentation skills. - Multilingualism is a merit.
