Job Description Would you like to be part of creating vital change for vulnerable people? Then working as a treatment pedagogue at SiS is a meaningful challenge. As a treatment pedagogue, you work in a team with treatment assistants and treatment coordinators, and together you are responsible for ensuring that the youth (non-compulsory school age boys) living with us receive the safety, care, and treatment they need. We often meet people in crisis, which means you work with qualified care and motivational work and provide daily support. Drawing on your knowledge of care and treatment work, you actively contribute to implementing treatment plans. Documentation is an important part of your work and contributes to legal security, planning, and monitoring of our operations. You help maintain safety according to our routines and contribute to ensuring daily life runs smoothly with schooling, cleaning, meal preparation, and more. Mentorship is also one of your responsibilities. Your work may also include mentoring new staff and interns. Start date by agreement. We also provide 3 days of introductory training that must be completed before you can work directly with clients, plus on-the-job training with regular staff. As a new employee, you will also complete SiS basic training over 10 weeks. Working hours follow a day-evening-weekend schedule.
