Work for a good day. Every day. 3 position(s). WORK TASKS Novus is a supported living facility whose main mission is to create better conditions for residents with harmful use and/or addiction. The target group is women and men, 18 years and older. The facility offers both treatment services and support for independence, with a focus on structure, relationships, and an individualized approach. The goal is to create a safe and stable everyday life and provide conditions for long-term change and development. Our treatment basis is MI, Relapse Prevention, Affect School, and Seeking Safety. The facility has 13 places with staff around the clock. As a treatment pedagogue at Novus, you work with motivational treatment interventions before the client moves in, during, and after placement. Treatment at the facility is individualized but also takes place in groups. You work in a treatment-focused manner both in everyday conversations and in individual structured conversations. Your work tasks include writing in documentation systems, establishing implementation plans, and participating in daily activities at the facility, such as cooking, cleaning, and conducting activities with the residents. You also work to support and encourage an active leisure time in drug-free environments and help those living at the facility to begin/complete a planning process with the aim of finding lasting solutions for an independent life. We put our clients first, and it is important that you come in with positive energy, joy, and a desire to do that little extra for our clients. Working with clients requires that you are risk-aware, confident, consistent, clear, solution-focused, stress-resilient, and have good conditions to work in a sometimes demanding psychosocial work environment. The work mainly involves building trust and alliance with the clients. As a treatment pedagogue, it is important that you can meet the clients' needs while maintaining a structure to guide them. You will become a contact person and thereby have responsibility for ensuring that treatment is conducted based on the action plan and implementation plan that the client has. You work in close collaboration with other members of the department and other authorities to provide a comprehensive solution for the individual. As an employee, you will participate in internal training for increased competence development. You will have scheduled working hours, which include weekend and evening shifts. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with post-secondary education with a behavioral science focus, such as social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, social worker, or equivalent. It is an advantage if you have experience working with harmful use and addiction. As a person, you are confident and stable and have a genuine interest in vulnerable individuals and understanding of their issues. You are a person who dares to take initiative based on the rules and routines that the operation has. You enjoy varied work tasks and it is self-evident to you to conduct efficient work both individually and in groups. Further education in the treatment field and experience and training in NP are advantageous. A driver's license (category B) is a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment form: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent, start date: Permanent position with start date as soon as possible by agreement. Two temporary positions for 12 months with start date as soon as possible. Interviews are conducted continuously during the application period.
