About Viljan Närsjögläntan Närsjögläntan's HVB is beautifully located by Sundbornsån outside Falun and is a residential facility for girls aged 13-17 with varying psychosocial challenges. The girls who come to us may come from all over the country. They live in inappropriate environments in one way or another, may have tried drugs, committed isolated offenses, have threatening behavior, etc. The girls often have diagnoses within NPF, or may need evaluation to clarify what causes difficulties in their daily lives. Many of them carry trauma with them. It is not uncommon for our girls to have had poor experiences at school leading to significant absences. About the role of Treatment Pedagogue With us, you work together in a team that collectively drives the youth's treatment processes forward. We work with commitment in everything surrounding our young people. The work involves meeting people in crisis and/or in a difficult life situation. It is of great importance that you yourself can see possibilities, convey hope, and meet people in a respectful and safe manner. Together with the young person, you create a functioning and secure daily life. The role includes both treatment work directed directly at our girls as well as practical tasks such as cleaning, cooking, washing the car, etc. Working as a treatment pedagogue/social pedagogue also involves administrative tasks. We work with commitment in everything surrounding our clients. The role of treatment pedagogue involves planning, implementing, and following up on educational and treatment interventions based on the individual's needs. The work is built on creating secure relationships, motivating change, and strengthening the individual's ability to independence. It also includes documenting interventions and participating in planning meetings and development work. You serve as a support for the young people and together you develop strategies to achieve daily goals. Qualifications You have a degree as a treatment pedagogue/social pedagogue, social worker, or behavioral scientist. As a person, you are skilled at building relationships and have a good ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner and enjoy working with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Requirements: Qualified social pedagogue/treatment pedagogue or 400 YHP Class B driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Good computer skills, experience with documentation Previous experience from similar treatment activities Merits: Social worker or behavioral scientist with relevant coursework Training and experience in methods and approaches that are relevant, such as: MI TMO KOBTIVA CBT RePulse ART LaB and others Employment Terms Role: Treatment Pedagogue/Support Pedagogue Employment Type: TSV with 6-month probation Degree of Employment: 95% Working Hours: Varying times with different types of shifts including day, evening/night with overnight on-call, and weekends Start Date: By agreement Collective Agreement: Yes What can we offer you?
