In this role, you will work with us according to our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life. About Us Bräckagården HVB is located in a rural setting in Fjärås outside Kungsbacka. We are an HVB (residential care facility) that receives boys aged 14 to 18 years old in need of emergency placement. Bräckagården has 6 spaces for assessment and mapping. Our target group is individuals with migration-related stress and/or psychosocial issues in need of emergency placement. We will restart operations on October 1, 2026 in temporary facilities in Sätila, and then when the property in Fjärås has been renovated, we will move to newly renovated facilities in Fjärås, Kungsbacka, where regular operations are conducted. About the Role Your main responsibilities include: • Care in the form of direct treatment work • Participation in assessment work • Network contacts • Documentation and development work We work with evidence-based methods, primarily clarifying pedagogy and MI. This is a permanent position at 100%. Work takes place during daytime, evening, night, and weekends. Salary is by agreement and other benefits are according to collective agreement. Start date is by agreement. Who Are You? As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, flexible, and secure. The work involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, and therefore you have good communication and collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Before employment, an extract from the criminal register is provided. We would like to see that you have a strong sense of safety and good values in teamwork, morality, and ethics.
