We operate a residential care home for girls aged 13–17 with psychosocial difficulties. Our facility aims to provide a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment where young people receive support in their personal development and have the opportunity to create a positive future. The work is based on low-affect interaction and clear structure. We work closely with the young people to create a secure attachment and build trust and relationships.
As a Treatment Educator, you will work in a team where the focus is on creating stability, trust, and structure in the young people's daily lives. You are responsible for providing support based on each young person's needs and circumstances.
Your work tasks include:
• Relationship-building work in everyday situations
• Work based on implementation plans
• Participate in planning, documentation, and follow-up
• Collaborate with social services, schools, guardians, and other stakeholders
• Actively contribute to a positive work environment and a safe residential setting
• Follow facility routines and ensure the young people's safety
• All daily household tasks such as dishwashing, cooking, cleaning, laundry, maintenance of outdoor areas, and similar duties
We are looking for a female Treatment Educator or someone with similar qualifications who is confident in yourself, has good self-awareness, and a professional approach. You are empathetic, stable, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team.
