At Nyckeln, we have social workers, behavioral scientists, nurses, social pedagogues, occupational therapists, psychologists, treatment assistants, and a doctor specializing in psychiatry. The goal of treatment is usually for those living at Nyckeln to learn skills to accept and manage their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, achieve a higher quality of life, and reach their own set goals. Nyckeln offers clients a safe and homey environment with clear structure. The position involves being part of the professional team working with each client, serving as a contact person, and planning and conducting treatment activities. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for a warm person with a professional approach to their work. Education: Social worker, behavioral scientist, social pedagogue, or other post-secondary education of at least 2 years in the field. We want applicants to have experience in treatment work, psychiatry, or other social work. Work is scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends with a start date of 1/10 or by agreement.
