Finjagården
Finjagården offers small-scale and highly specialized treatment for adults with personality issues, neuropsychiatric functional impairment, depression, substance abuse, self-harm behavior, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and trauma. We also conduct psychiatric evaluations. Using structured treatment methods such as DBT, CBT, and PE complemented with a quality system, we ensure documented treatment outcomes. A quality system with follow-up for clients, family members, and clients alike creates transparency, participation, and security.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone with experience working with people who have mental health issues. It is advantageous if you have one of the following qualifications: nursing assistant, psychiatric nursing assistant, treatment assistant, social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, social worker, or other equivalent education.
Assignment/Work tasks:
Project employment involves joining a team that works with a client in a 1-on-1 solution, which means you work independently with a client in their daily life. For example, ADL, activities, care, etc., based on an implementation plan and assignment. Supervision and contact with a therapist occurs continuously.
It is desirable to have experience with High-Functioning Autism Spectrum/Psychiatric issues.

Scope:
Work hours are scheduled for day, evening, weekends, and on-call nights.
We are currently looking for staff who can work on an as-needed basis and work regular rotating shifts.
Regular shift is 88%.
