The Care Administration works based on the value that all people we meet have equal worth and are unique. Within the administration, there is IFO, LSS activities, social psychiatry, health and medical care, home services, and special accommodations. About the Position
As a treatment assistant at Malmgården, you will work guiding people toward a less destructive life and back into society. You will be an important part of clients' change journey by strengthening their ability to manage their own housing and create a functioning everyday life.
We work from a holistic perspective with focus on developing clients' abilities in areas such as:
nutrition and sleep
everyday tasks
relationships
employment and leisure activities.
Each client has unique needs, which means work is based on individually adapted implementation plans. Documentation is done continuously in the Pulsen Combine journal system.
The position includes work during day, evening, and night shifts with on-call sleeping duty as well as work on both weekdays and weekends.
We are Looking for You
who are trained as a treatment assistant or have other education that the employer considers equivalent
have experience working with people in vulnerable situations, preferably with substance abuse issues
have good computer skills and feel confident with documentation
have a B-category driver's license for manual transmission and can drive the municipality's vehicles in the course of your work.
