Treatment Assistant

About the role As a treatment assistant in Stockholm, you work closely with clients in care and treatment facilities, such as psychiatry, substance abuse treatment, or youth residential services. You support clients' daily lives, implement and follow up on care and treatment plans, and contribute to their safety and rehabilitation. Implement and follow up on care and treatment interventions in accordance with Swedish procedures and guidelines. Observe behaviors and report changes to the treatment team. Document interventions and incidents in journals and follow-up systems. Handle acute situations and take action to ensure the safety of clients and staff. Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and participate in case and planning meetings. Plan and lead activities that promote clients' rehabilitation and social skills. What you bring Relevant education or equivalent experience from care, social work, or treatment work in Sweden; experience from psychiatry, substance abuse treatment, or youth residential services is a plus. Passed background check and understanding of Swedish confidentiality and documentation requirements; basic knowledge of safety in care environments. You are driven and take ownership of your work.
