We are looking for someone who wants to work with support, treatment, and change work together with children, young people, adults, and families. Work Tasks As a treatment provider within IFO's open care, you work with preventive measures, support and treatment work, and change work with individuals, families, and groups. The work can include both needs-assessed interventions and service interventions and is directed toward people with varying needs and life situations. We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: harmful substance use and addiction, intimate partner violence, children's needs and development, parental support, mental health issues, crisis and change work. Work tasks may consist of individual conversations, family sessions, group activities, support interventions, and motivation work. You will collaborate with other social services operations as well as external actors such as schools, healthcare services, police, and other collaboration partners to achieve the best possible results for those we meet. You will become part of a developmental work environment where we strive to be accessible, professional, and legally secure. Some fieldwork may occur, as well as a smaller portion of work in evenings and weekends. Some authority-adjacent work tasks may also occur. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: a degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or other education that the employer deems equivalent, experience in social work, preferably with treatment and change work, good ability to work both independently and together with others, good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, a B-class driver's license. It is meritorious if you have experience working with harmful substance use and addiction, intimate partner violence, children and families, conversation methodology, or other treatment-oriented methods. You have an easy time creating and maintaining trusting relationships and enjoy collaborating with both colleagues and external actors. You are flexible and have the ability to adapt your working method based on the individual's needs and the operation's conditions. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your work tasks, and maintain a professional approach even in complex situations.
