JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want to work with qualified treatment and make a difference for people affected by intimate partner violence and honor-related violence? The Intimate Partner Violence Unit offers support, treatment, and certain needs-assessed interventions to adults, children, and families affected by intimate partner violence or honor-related violence and oppression. Our target groups include both victims of violence and perpetrators of violence. A large part of the unit's work consists of interventions without needs assessment (IUB), where adults can receive support and treatment without a prior care decision. For children, guardians, and other individuals who have been granted interventions, we also work with needs-assessed support and treatment interventions. As a treatment specialist, you will meet people in crisis and individuals in need of supportive and change-oriented interventions. The work takes place both individually and in groups. Group activities are a central part of our mission, and we are therefore looking for someone who enjoys working with colleagues to plan, implement, and develop group interventions. Your work will also include collaborating with colleagues within social services and with external partners such as healthcare, police, and nonprofit organizations. You will also contribute to the development of the unit and to a safe and professional work environment. QUALIFICATIONS Formal qualifications: • degree in social work or another degree that the employer deems equivalent and relevant. • Category B driving license • strong ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish • experience with psychosocial change and treatment work • experience with treatment work with individuals and groups It is advantageous if you have: • experience working with intimate partner violence and/or honor-related violence • experience with needs-assessed interventions within social services • education or experience working with children, young people, and parents • training in CBT or other relevant treatment methodology • experience planning and leading group activities To succeed in this role: We are looking for someone who is confident, committed, and responsible.
