About the Role As a boat builder in Stockholm, you work with building, repairing, and maintaining boats in shipyards and workshops. You work with mold making, lamination, carpentry, and interior assembly, and you read drawings and technical specifications to deliver safe and durable solutions. What You'll Do Build and repair hulls and interiors with fiberglass and composite materials Perform mold making and lamination according to technical drawings Carpentry work and installation of interior fittings and hardware Surface treat and seal surfaces to ensure durability and function Use hand and power tools safely Follow safety and environmental regulations and report deviations Collaborate with colleagues and technicians to solve construction and assembly challenges What You Bring Vocational training in boat building, woodworking, or plastics technology, or equivalent experience Experience with lamination (fiberglass/composite), carpentry, and working from drawings Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations; preferably Hot Work certification or similar You are driven and take responsibility for your work You deliver top quality, every time You collaborate and lift the people around you You always want to develop, and help others learn on every job site Salary and Employment Type Work is available as full-time, part-time, or as needed.
