We are now looking for someone who is ready to combine an exciting and challenging job with the spectacular mountain landscape, dancing Northern Lights and fantastic outdoor activities. As a bartender with us, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities include welcoming guests, preparing and serving cocktails and other beverages, taking orders, handling payments, and providing personal service and recommendations. You will make sure the bar is well-stocked, welcoming and maintained to a high standard. The role also involves close collaboration with the restaurant, where you may be asked to assist with serving and other duties when needed. We are looking for someone who is humble, flexible and understands the importance of being a team player in achieving our goals. A willingness to learn, combined with curiosity and an interest in food and beverages, is essential to creating an experience where our guests leave feeling that they have received something truly special during their stay. Good knowledge of Swedish and/or English is required, as well as previous bartending experience. Additional language skills are an advantage, as is previous experience in serving and cash handling. The pace can be high at times, and you need to be willing to step in and help wherever needed. Staff accommodation is available. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and employment will be offered once we have found the right person for the position.
