Bartender Wanted for Interpool Uppsala Would you like to work at one of Uppsala's largest and most dynamic meeting places? Now we're looking for dedicated bartenders who want to be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests. At our venue, no two evenings are the same. Here you'll meet everyone from after-work guests and sports enthusiasts to event attendees and nightlife crowds. About the Position As a bartender at Interpool, you are an important part of the guest experience. You work at a fast pace where service, quality, and professionalism are always in focus. Your responsibilities include: Serving beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic alternatives Providing guests with professional, personalized, and engaged service Responsibility for bar organization, quality, and efficiency Cash handling and point-of-sale system operations Bar preparations, restocking, and closing procedures Collaboration with colleagues to ensure first-class service Work hours are primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of bartending experience Minimum 18 years old Comfortable in a fast-paced social environment Responsible, stress-resilient, and solution-oriented Genuine interest in service and hospitality A team player who brings positive energy Fluent in Swedish and/or English Experience with cocktail service, sports bars, or larger restaurant operations is a plus.
