Bartender Wanted for Exit Lounge & Bar

Exit Lounge & Bar is a modern and social tapas bar focused on excellent food, cocktails, wine, and beer. We offer our guests a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere where excellent service, quality, and great atmosphere are at the center. We are now looking for an experienced and service-oriented bartender who wants to be part of our team and help create a truly great experience for our guests. We are looking for someone who - Has previous experience as a bartender – this is a requirement - Has previous experience in service and customer interaction - Has good knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer - Has experience mixing and serving both classic and modern cocktails - Is confident in bar work and can work independently - Is social, positive, and stress-resistant - Has a professional and friendly demeanor - Enjoys working at a fast pace - Can work evenings and weekends - Speaks Swedish and/or English Responsibilities - Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages - Provide guests with professional and personal service - Take orders and process payments - Recommend drinks based on guest preferences - Ensure order, cleanliness, and preparation in the bar - Contribute to a positive, social, and welcoming atmosphere - Collaborate with other staff to create a complete experience for guests What We Offer You will work in a pleasant and social atmosphere together with a dedicated team.
